Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development
• Proven success in managing and motivating sales teams
• Strong understanding of LATAM financial markets and trading regulations
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred)
