Director of Business Development - Central Asia

Libertex Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Central Asia. This strategic leadership role focuses on driving growth, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, and executing the regional business strategy within a rapidly expanding region. The Director will be responsible for the full P&L, team management, and cultural development to achieve ambitious financial goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior management role with P&L responsibility within Central Asia.
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and profitability in the region.
• Experience in Fintech is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Russian and strong English language skills (B2 and above). Other Central Asian languages are beneficial.
