This role focuses on phone sales, consultations, and providing support, while actively looking for new leads through Telegram channels. Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in the financial sector or B2C)
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone negotiations
• Strong verbal skills, developed sales skills, and ability to handle objections
• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Strong self-organization and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
