We’re looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join us in the Netherlands. The Senior Reward Analyst will provide support to the Global Compensation team on key Reward and People projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Compensation & Benefits role in a complex environment
- Strong experience of working on projects within the Compensation arena
- A flexible approach with a sense of urgency
- Highly numerate and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- IT literate with advanced Excel skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of new labour and social legislations which affect employees’ benefits
- Strong relationship and communication skills with experience of senior management interaction
- Customer focused & good commercial awareness
- Creative thinking
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to step back and see the big picture
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to simplify complex financial and accounting concepts
