VP of Technology Programs (Chief of Staff)

The VP of Technology Programs (Chief of Staff) will drive strategic technology initiatives, foster innovation, and advance the organization's technological capabilities. The role requires a trusted advisor and right-hand partner to the CTO, providing executive-level reporting and presentations, and leading the identification of innovative technologies to support the organization's long-term goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Technology, Business, or a related field
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Extensive experience in senior technology leadership roles, preferably within the telecommunications or TMT sectors
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and complex, cross-functional projects & programs
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and program management capabilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to enable leadership teams to perform at their best
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
