Job Description
Join our team on a remote, freelance basis and help discover and nurture new musical talent. Identify and source new artists, pitch and close deals, and build long-term relationships. Passion for music and sales experience required.
Requirements
- Identify and source new artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media
- Pitch and close deals with artists, labels, and managers
- Serve as the main point of contact for artists and guide them through the PR process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with artists
- Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Manage CRM system and maintain accurate records
- Stay informed about the latest trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok
