The role involves scouting talent, pitching to labels and managers, building relationships, and tracking pipeline performance. The ideal candidate has a passion for music and a background in sales.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ sales experience, ideally in lead gen/prospecting
• Resilience and a healthy attitude to rejection
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-starter energy
• CRM experience is a plus
