Job Description
The primary focus is to provide leadership, support, and development to an assigned team of Underwriters within the Calgary office. You will lead a team in the underwriting, business development and profitable growth of an assigned portfolio of business, as well as growth and development of the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years underwriting experience (or equivalent)
- prior leadership experience an asset
- CIP, FCIP, CRM or other insurance designations are considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma or equivalent industry expertise
