The role involves data evaluation, account analysis, workflow management, policy processing, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail, working both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Excellent French and English proficiency (both orally and in writing)
• Post-secondary education or two years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of the insurance sector (desirable, PAA designation a plus)
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
• Attention to detail, meticulousness, and excellent writing skills
• Ability to work in high volume and dynamic environments
• Independent and collaborative work style
• Ability to work in a diverse environment
