The Coordinator II, Resource Planning role involves overseeing and maintaining accurate construction data, ensuring seamless project tracking, and supporting financial and operational processes. The individual in this role will also coordinate customer appointments, address inquiries, and facilitate monthly progress assessments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in related resource planning function
- College degree preferred; relevant industry experience is required in place of a relevant degree
- Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills
- Skilled in computer applications with demonstrated proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Teams)
- Flexible with traveling to offsite locations and maintaining a valid driver's license
- Responsible for work outside of normal work schedule for storm assignments when necessary
