Job Description
Key Account Representative II role involves developing and maintaining business relationships with medium and strategic commercial & industrial and municipal customers to grow accounts, provide customer service, and promote energy efficiency projects. The role requires influencing customers to convert to natural gas and/or electricity and taking full advantage of the company's energy efficiency program offerings.
Requirements
- College or professional program of 3 years or less
- 5+ years of experience
- CRM and SAP Experience
