Account Representative - Claims

Libra Solutions is seeking a highly responsive and goal-oriented Account Representative to join their Negotiations and Collections Team within their Las Vegas or Denver office. The role involves assessing complex cases, facilitating settlement negotiations with law firms, and exceeding performance targets. The team works with a platform that supports customer/partner experience and financial performance.

Requirements

• High School or GED required
• 2+ years of work experience in an office type environment or contact center environment
• Experience in Healthcare, Legal, Insurance, or Financial Services Industries – specific experience in personal injury, with applicable medical knowledge and claims law.
• Ability to understand and integrate technology and data-driven decision-making into the Negotiations and Settlement processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivation and a desire to build relationships.
• Ability to adapt to change and pivot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
