Accounts Payable Specialist

Libra Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing accounting team. This role will be responsible for managing accounts payable, including creating invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and communicating with customers. The position reports to the AP Manager and requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Create, review, and send out high volume of bills of sales.
• Prepare and process high volume of payments via check and ACH payments.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions.
• Assist in the month end close and other Accounts Payable and Accounting duties.
