Capital Markets Analyst

We are seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to work at Libra Solutions, a company that helps overcome the burdens created by slow-moving legal processes. The position reports directly to the Director of Capital Markets and will gain a deep understanding of a complex capital markets structure.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of capital markets and/or financial modeling experience
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong financial modeling skill set and ability to navigate complex data sets
• Ability to see the 'big picture' and connect Company's strategic plans with its capital structure
• Team player and partnership focused individual
• Solid Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and verbal communication skills
