Records Coordinator

Libra Solutions helps overcome the burdens of slow-moving legal processes and provides solutions for accelerating settlements, improving outcomes, and ensuring timely payments. They are looking for a Records Coordinator to join their growing Record Management team and collaborate with attorneys and healthcare providers. The role involves maintaining documents, executing intakes, and reconciling reports, and requires strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience working with medical records preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on multiple tasks
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (including Excel)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to type 45 wpm
• Strong customer service skills
