Senior HR Generalist

Libra Solutions is a leading provider of legal funding solutions and estate planning services. They are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support employee relations, employee experience, and a performance-based culture. This role involves partnering with leaders to align HR programs with business needs, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. The position also requires oversight of office operations and collaboration with HR partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR program execution
• Demonstrated sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in supporting employees and leaders
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve
• Comfortable leveraging data and tools to inform decisions, streamline processes, and improve service delivery
