Technical Solutions Analyst

Libra Solutions helps overcome the burdens of slow-moving legal processes using MoveDocs. The Technical Solutions Analyst will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and lead the development of software solutions. The role is fast-paced and requires a continuous learning mindset.

Requirements

• Apply deep technical expertise to translate business needs into precise software engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet Acceptance Criteria and business requirements.
• Create User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Data/Process Flow Diagrams, and other detailed Technical Requirements documentation.
• Analyze in-house and third-party software solutions to interpret and define needs for integrating new technology.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of application functionality and business workflows within assigned product families.
• Participate actively in Agile Engineering ceremonies.
• Lead the triage of incoming production support requests.
