DeFi Ecosystem Growth Specialist

The Lido Ecosystem Foundation is seeking a DeFi Ecosystem Growth Specialist to identify, pursue, and support ecosystem growth activities related to stETH, stVaults, and other upcoming protocol initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ecosystem, growth, or other integration and collaboration related roles in blockchain or TradFi
• Proven track record of building, managing, and converting partnership or integration opportunities from exploration through completion
• Ability to cultivate and maintain a network of long-term relationships, managing multiple stakeholders and keeping collaborations moving forward
• Multi-year experience using onchain products
• Deep understanding of different Ethereum staking products
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong work ethic and results-focused, taking ownership & accountability for consistent results
