Requirements
- Higher education in the field of technology (construction engineering; road, railway, and urban engineering, etc.)
- At least three years of experience in leading construction work or performing technical maintenance of construction work at construction sites
- Qualification certificate of a construction manager or technical maintenance manager
- Knowledge of construction laws and technical regulations
- Skills in preparation and analysis of construction documentation
- Ability to plan, perform, coordinate, and control construction work
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian language, basic knowledge of English language
- Driving license (B category)
