Requirements

• Higher education in the field of technology (construction engineering; road, railway, and urban engineering, etc.)
• At least three years of experience in leading construction work or performing technical maintenance of construction work at construction sites
• Qualification certificate of a construction manager or technical maintenance manager
• Knowledge of construction laws and technical regulations
• Skills in preparation and analysis of construction documentation
• Ability to plan, perform, coordinate, and control construction work
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian language, basic knowledge of English language
• Driving license (B category)
