- Experience in tariffs, financial analysis, or similar position (asset - B2B)
- Ability to work with numbers, analyze data, and make well-founded conclusions
- Very good Excel skills (Power BI - significant advantage)
- Analytical thinking, autonomy, and responsibility
- Ability to communicate clearly and argue decisions
- Mastery of the Lithuanian language, English language (asset)
