We are looking for a System Product Manager to join our Digital Channels Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation management system, its strategy development and implementation, maintenance and development, process digitization, effectiveness and customer experience improvement.
Requirements
- Develop and implement the operation management system deployment, development, maintenance strategy
- Analyze processes, identify areas for improvement (digitizing, optimizing)
- Represent business interests, collaborate with interested parties, and manage the system's business needs portfolio
- Plan and successfully manage the system's budget
- Collaborate with IT service providers and the LTG group's IT department to ensure smooth system decision implementation, development, integration, and maintenance
- Develop and manage business and technical requirements for suppliers, LTG group's IT department, ensuring their timely implementation
- Coordinate system maintenance, ensure incident management, initiate testing, and evaluate results
- Make decisions that would meet the organization's goals, direction, and values (analyzing situations, evaluating alternatives, accepting responsibility)
- Organize and analyze effectiveness, system user behavior, and satisfaction surveys, and initiate and implement changes
