Requirements

• Higher education from a university (in the field of engineering or technology sciences)
• Experience in applying project management methodologies
• Knowledge of the principles of business process management and planning
• Financial planning and control skills
• Work experience in managing technical development or engineering teams
• Good organizational skills in standard and non-standard situations
• Experience in ensuring work efficiency, setting, measuring, and managing indicators
• Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills
