Adjunct Faculty for Online MA in Counseling Program

Life Pacific University (LPU) is seeking Part-Time Adjunct Faculty for the Department of Psychology and Counseling in the School of Arts and Sciences. The department hosts an online MA in Counseling Program and BA in Human Development and Psychology. LPU offers a diverse student body and emphasizes service to God within the Church, workplace, and the world. The position is on-site with online coursework and requires commitment to live on-site.

Requirements

• Terminal degree in counseling or social work (or a closely related discipline). ABDs are considered.
• 3-5 years of work experience in counseling, including a license as an independent mental health practitioner.
• Experience teaching at the college level is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and writing ability.
• Committed to establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students, faculty, and staff, and the general constituency.
• Demonstrated Christian faith consistent with Life Pacific University commitment to The International Church of the Foursquare Gospel.
