Job Description
Pilates Instructors are responsible for supporting members in championing happier, and healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships. They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.
Requirements
- Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs
- Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions
- Conducts fitness consultations for new clients
- Instructs both private and group Pilates classes
- Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes
- Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio
- Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
- Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends
- Documents all aspects of client programming
- Remains current on credentials and continuing education
- Provides fitness floor assistance to all members
