Roseau Cook/Aide- Full Time

The cook prepares palatable, nutritionally sound meals for patients and residents, ensuring proper temperatures and serving times. Responsible for food preparation, serving, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Acting supervisor in the absence of supervisor and manager.

Requirements

• 1 yr institutional food service experience as a cook
• current MN certified food protection manager (CFPM) preferred
• great customer service and communication skills
• ability to work independently
