The Organ Procurement Trainer works closely with clinical staff to increase organ donation and optimize organ utilization through effective onboarding and ongoing education.
Requirements
- Clinical experience as a health care practitioner
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CPTC or CPT strongly preferred and required after 12 months in the position
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in organ recovery or other applicable work experience
