Requirements

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the public
• Ability to maintain care and use of supplies and equipment
• Ability to minimize waste and misuse of equipment
• Ability to seek out new methods and incorporate them into existing practices
