Director of Programs and Operations

Lifehouse is seeking a Director of Programs and Operations to oversee service delivery in Marin County, develop new programs, and participate in the organization's leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience and a Master's degree in a related field.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in management or human services supervisory role
• Masters Degree in Non-Profit Administration, Public Health, Social Work or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Program Development and Budget Planning
• Experience with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
