The Central Assessor is responsible for completing high-quality pre-move in assessments for individuals referred to ivolves' supported living and residential services. The role ensures that risks are clearly understood and mitigated and that services are able to safely and successfully meet needs from day one.
Requirements
- A strong track record within learning disability and/or mental health services
- Experience in producing accurate assessments and high-quality reports with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong problem-solving ability with an ‘art of the possible’ mindset
- The ability to work as part of multiple, cross functional teams
- Kindness, passion and resilience with a desire to support ivolve to benefit more lives
- A valid driver’s licence and use of a car with the ability to travel across England
- A clinical qualification would be advantageous
