Community Manager

Eucalyptus is seeking a Community Manager to own and evolve Juniper's private community, bringing the community vision to life through initiatives, content, and experiences that deepen connection, build trust, and drive retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic doer who can spark genuine connection at scale, anticipate challenges, and move ideas into action without waiting for direction.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience managing online communities, ideally in the health, wellness, or lifestyle space
• Proven ability to design systems and strategy, then execute and deliver measurable results
• Ability to anticipate challenges, spot opportunities, and move ideas into action without waiting for direction
• Content-savvy and data-minded, with experience creating content that connects and managing a strong editorial rhythm
• Ability to communicate with warmth and clarity, and adapt tone and style across different channels
