Global Medical Director, Breast Cancer/Pan-Tumor

Job Title: Global Medical Director, Breast Cancer/Pan-Tumor at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. Reporting to the Therapy Area Head, Oncology. Co-leads development and execution of strategic medical plans for a molecule across breast cancer and pan-tumor indications.

Requirements

• Strong background in solid tumors, preferably breast cancer and/or HER2-targeted therapies
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Medical Affairs with demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and execution
• Proven ability to shape medical strategies that drive clinical impact and business success
• Experience leading Phase IV studies, ISTs, and Real-World Evidence initiatives
• Expertise across marketed and pipeline products with strong strategic and operational leadership capabilities
• Ability to influence and operate effectively within complex matrix environments
• Strong understanding of regulatory, commercialization, market access, and reimbursement frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence in high-growth, fast-paced settings
