Job Description
We are seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our high-performing CNS & Ophthalmology team in Noida. In this role, you will drive end-to-end market research projects and produce sharp, client-ready deliverables.
Requirements
- Master's or higher degree (Ph.D., MBA) and/or relevant experience in the biopharma, healthcare, market research, or financial sector.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare, market research, biopharma, insights and analytics or related life sciences field is required;
- Strong knowledge of and interest in contemporary biology, preferably in neuroscience.
- Excellent project management skills (ability to handle multiple projects for self to deadlines).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and objectively in written and spoken English. Strong presentation skills are a must.
- A flexible and collaborative approach to work. Strong interpersonal communication skills, exudes positivity and 'can do' attitude.
- Enthusiasm for CNS research and drug development.
- Knowledge of CNS indications (i.e., neurology, psychiatry and/or pain) or ophthalmology indications, therapeutics, markets, and key factors influencing them.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using pivot tables and advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, effective data organization strategies etc.
- Experience in analysing and interpreting complex data sets (e.g., SQL).
