We are seeking a professional and strategic Integrated Healthcare Manager to work in partnership with local Healthcare Professionals across the full healthcare system, delivering evidence-based value propositions to drive awareness and adoption of our Urology portfolio and to support business revenue and market share objectives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in branded pharmaceutical Sales / KAM roles
- Experience working across the full healthcare system
- Able to map and understand the role key stakeholders play in relation to influencing, decision making and funding of medicines across the healthcare system
- Experience of optimising formulary pull-through in defined healthcare systems
- Established relationships with system-wide clinical decision makers
- Good experience in developing KOLs and arranging relevant educational meetings
- Strategic thinker with strong Commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good project management skills
- Solid understanding of and qualification in the ABPI code and UK compliance frameworks
- Degree-level qualification beneficial
