Lead- Business Analytics

Lead- Business Analytics is responsible for overseeing multiple Business Analytics projects across different therapeutic areas and global markets, ensuring delivery of activities in time and in compliance with internal and external standards. The role involves maintaining effectiveness relationships with end stakeholders, interacting with stakeholders on medical and pharmacovigilance departments, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the analytics team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in the fields of information science, data/database management, reporting data quality metrics
• Experience in a healthcare industry is a strong plus
• Master's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to analyze large and complex datasets using statistical techniques and tools such as Snowflake, SQL, R, and Python
• Proficiency in creating visually compelling and informative dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Qliksense
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles and experience in data cleansing, transformation, and integration to ensure data quality and consistency
