Manager of Onboarding - SaaS

We are looking for a Manager of Onboarding - SaaS to lead our Technical Onboarding team, create a high-performance culture, and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to bring smarter tools and automation to life, and build a team that loves to solve challenges.

Requirements

• Strong people management experience of onboarding / implementation teams
• Exposure working within a SaaS or fast moving tech company
• Knowledge of modern onboarding processes and tools that focus on scalability and automation
• Ability to lead teams through significant change, including adopting digital-first approaches
• A strong history of fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and collaboration, with the ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to address challenges strategically and deliver innovative, impactful solutions that enhance the customer onboarding experience.
• A results-oriented approach with the ability to analyse data, distil customer feedback, and leverage insights to improve technical strategies and processes.
