Job Description
The People Lead - Regulatory Capabilities role is responsible for leading regulatory capabilities and fostering innovation within the Pharma Development Regulatory (PDR) Innovation and Sustainment Chapter. The role involves assessing processes, tools, and technology to achieve business goals, collaborating enterprise-wide to ensure compliance, and partnering with quality organizations across Product Development (PD), affiliates, Pharma, and Roche.
Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, Clinical Research or equivalent
- Certification or PG Diploma in Regulatory affairs course highly recommended
