Product Manager

Benchling is looking for a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy, go-to-market, and execution for Benchling’s small molecule solution. The role involves defining the strategy, roadmap, and leading execution for this critical product area, working cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams to bring new capabilities to life. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of software product management experience and knowledge of small molecule R&D or a demonstrated track record of rapidly building domain expertise in a complex, regulated industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience
• Proven ability to lead and ship complex product initiatives
• Bias for action and a history of shipping products quickly and iteratively
• Knowledge of small molecule R&D or a demonstrated track record of rapidly building domain expertise
