Clinical Partners is seeking a Medication Management Specialist to provide clinical input on side effects and medication safety, and to support safe and effective titration process. The successful candidate will be working with service managers, team managers, pharmacy professionals, clinical staff and patients, ensuring high quality patient focused pharmaceutical care.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in mental health therapeutics
• Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
• Completion of an accredited Independent Prescribing (IP) course and at least 12 months of post-qualification experience
• Demonstrated experience in prescribing ADHD medications as part of clinical practice
• Experience of using CRM Tools
• Clear understanding of the needs to maintain confidentiality in all areas of work
• Knowledge of mental health terminology
