Regulatory Affairs Manager

The Regulatory Affairs Manager will be responsible for managing compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements, translating regulatory insight into practical guidance, and contributing to short and mid-term initiatives that create tangible value. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to inform strategic direction, assess regulatory implications, and provide updates on key regulatory topics. This is a mid-senior level position in the Flour & Energy Materials business group, with a focus on navigating an evolving regulatory landscape in the US and Canada.

Requirements

• Scientific or Engineering Degree with desirable business or legal qualification
• Highly motivated, with a proven track record of managing regulatory affairs, compliance
• Ability to identify strategic needs, define business recommendations, and generate alignment with key business partners
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Very strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
