Senior Employment Counsel

We're a global, midsize CRO pushing boundaries, innovating and inventing to cure the world's most persistent diseases. We're seeking a Senior Employment Counsel to serve as a strategic legal advisor on global employment and labor law.

Requirements

• Provide legal counsel on employment matters
• Advise on global employment law issues
• Interpret and apply employment laws and regulations
• Draft, review, and update global and regional employment policies
• Manage employment-related disputes, claims, and litigation
• Assess employment law risk and develop mitigation strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and senior management
• Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations from an employment law perspective
• Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives impacting the workforce
