Requirements

• Coordinate with team and administer all processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance to all quality goals and manage projects
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
• Identify critical bugs
• Awareness to all the stake holders for the various risks
• Assigning and guiding team members in their day to day work
• Develop and review test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and clarify ambiguities.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing to ensure product stability.
• Track, document, and report defects using defect management tools and ensure timely closure.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide early feedback to improve testability and quality.
• Monitor test execution progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and documentation processes.
