Job Description
Job Title: Senior Principal Investigator. Lead a team of process development scientists and efficiently manage scientific efforts and resources to attain project and management objectives in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Ph D/Post Doc in Organic Chemistry
- Strong functional knowledge in Process Chemistry and process development and scale-up technologies for APIs and pre-clinical/clinical development candidate's molecules
- High level expertise in project management of process chemistry function
- Leadership skills, especially leading a large team of qualified and experienced scientists
- Matrix organization management
