Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - PRN (Columbus Eye Center)

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Columbus Eye Clinic & Laser Surgery Center in Columbus, MS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthetic care and promoting cost-effective care. The role will involve performing conscious sedation/MAC anesthesia on outpatient and inpatient cases, managing patient airways, and responding to emergency situations.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and functions
• Develop standards for continuity of care and case management
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations
• Administer medications and fluids
• Obtain informed consent for anesthesia
• Manage emergence and recovery from anesthesia
• Release or discharge patients from post-anesthesia care area
• Provide post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care
• Respond to emergency situations
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling patient information
