HR Coordinator

Lifelong is a community health organization seeking a professional HR Coordinator to join its team at the Georgetown Yards location in Seattle. The ideal candidate will provide front-office administrative support and core human resources functions, maintaining HRIS, assisting with employee onboarding and communications, and supporting administrative and people-related processes.

Requirements

• Maintain and update the HRIS
• Provide front-line recruitment support
• Prepare offer letters and initiate onboarding workflows
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
• Support benefits administration
• Maintain compliant and organized employee records
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on semi-monthly payroll
• Manage the HR intranet and HR SharePoint sites
• Support employee engagement and culture-building activities
