Central Templating Specialist

LifeLong Medical Care is seeking a Central Templating Specialist to maintain and optimize provider scheduling templates within their 7th Street Site in Berkeley, CA. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with clinical, IT, and scheduling teams to ensure accurate, standardized appointment templates aligned with organizational goals and provider availability. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.

Requirements

• Build, maintain, and update provider templates within the EHR (e.g., OCHIN Epic)
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement new schedule templates
• Audit and reconcile discrepancies between published availability and actual template settings
• Maintain an inventory of current provider templates
• Assist in data validation and reporting efforts
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
