LifeLong Medical Care is seeking an Eligibility Specialist to support their 7th Street Site in Berkeley, CA. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position focuses on preparing patients for eligibility screenings, providing enrollment assistance, and serving as a patient navigator. The role involves communication with both patients and front office staff, contributing to the center's operational efficiency and improving patient access to healthcare services. SEIU-UHW ensures compliance with CBA and maintains membership.
