Job Description
LifeMoves is seeking an Associate Program Director for the HOT Northern Region SFO to provide oversight to staff in the field and report to the Program Director. The role models the agency's values by treating everyone with respect and care, and creating a culture where clients and staff feel welcomed and empowered.
Requirements
- Support daily program operations to ensure services are safe, effective, and welcoming
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and guidance to team members using trauma-informed and strengths-based practices
- Ensure client services are trauma-informed, ethical, professional, and effective
