Residential Service Coordinators

LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Service Coordinator to support the Palo Alto program, providing interim housing and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The role involves creating a safe and welcoming environment, supporting clients with housing, employment, and physical and behavioral health, and adapting to evolving needs as operations develop.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of consistent equivalent experience in a related field may substitute for formal education
• Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy when working with people from all backgrounds
• Manages stress and emotions professionally, remaining calm, composed, and supportive under pressure
• Works effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Maintains clear, unbiased, and professional documentation and communication at all times
• Proficient in using technology such as phones, messaging systems, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
