Residential Services Coordinator

LifeMoves is the largest and most effective provider of housing and services for neighbors experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. The Residential Services Coordinator plays an important role in keeping the program site safe, welcoming, and running smoothly, supporting clients with housing, employment, benefits, physical and behavioral health, and more.

Requirements

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to appropriate resources as needed
• Conduct welcomes, move-ins, transitions, and move-outs, ensuring accurate documentation, positive experiences for clients, and completing tasks as needed
• Monitor site safety through regular rounds and camera observation to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations, ensuring proper inventory, and maintaining organizing storage
• Support team collaboration by creating reports, updating shift logs and participating in meetings
