Job Description
LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to support the Branham Lane program in San Jose, CA. The coordinator will provide crisis response, daily operations, and site safety, while fostering a welcoming environment for clients. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience, and comfort with basic technology. The coordinator will work with a team to provide services to clients, including meals, supplies, and donations, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to appropriate resources
- Support daily operations by responding to needs and questions from clients, volunteers, donors, and visitors
- Monitor site safety through regular rounds and camera observation
- Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations
- Support team collaboration by creating reports, updating shift logs and participating in meetings
- Maintain a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, boundaries, and professionalism
